Sony PS3 DualShock 3 Wireless Controller - Black

The Dual Shock 3 is EXACTLY the same as the sixaxis which is possibly the best controller available, if a bit too small for larger hands. That's why I've given it 5 stars. However, the 'rumble' feature is unimpressive. It feels weaker than the previous Dual Shock or 360 rumble. This is possibly to maintain battery life. Anyway, nice as it is to have rumble again, I couldn't recommend spending £35 for the occasional soft buzz if your original sixaxis still works fine. It's nice but not £35 worth of nice. Just a shame the motor's not a bit stronger. But, if you need a new controller anyway and are expecting to pay £22 for a sixaxis, then I'd pay the extra for the rumble. It's nice not great.

Heavy?? You serious??? You obviously havnt held a 360 controller. They're probs the same weight as 4 ps3 controllers. They're so primitive they need aa batteries to work and charging them is a nightmare. I dont own a 360 though ps3 rules and these controllers are the best. They didnt need to change the design from dualshock 2 cos they got it perfect the first time

At last.... all the things that were wrong with the last controller have been fixed! Feels more stable and well made, without being so clumpy and heavy as the X360 controller. I have to admit I had forgotton how much of an extra dimension the rumble gives you in gameplay..... in Topspin 3 for example, I now know when I hit a good shot.... cant wait to try it out on a few more games! Better late than never Sony!

You cant beat the real thing, dont buy a cheapie or you will buy twice.

Yeh its really good, good weight, smooth and black, has buttons, has all you could need from a controller. Looks better than the fisher price sexbox controllers, without the need of b84rz. Buy some.
